"We had a great experience at Dick’s Callahan tonight. When we walked in the place was slammed - almost every table occupied. We debated leaving due to the crowd, but stuck it out. The service was great and our server Melissa was top-notch. She was attentive and always on top of things. Even with the very large crowd, our food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. We were very pleased with the food and service we received. Keep it up, Dick’s Callahan. We will be back!"
"Food was good, Waiters were nice, and it only took 20 seconds to get our drinks, but 20/30 minutes to get our food. (3 people, they looked like they were short of staff so it was a reasonable time) I probably would recommend this place to others though if you didn't know where to go for some decent food."
"Lucky they are the only show in town. They will be out of business when competition shows up if they don’t change. And many of us are moving in the area with higher expectations than those that know no different. Bad service. Slow service. Food is average at best. Old ways aren’t going to get it done anymore. We drive to River City or Fernandina as a result. Better step it up."
"We went before happy hour was over. Sat for 20 minutes before getting to order drinks. Waited another 15 before getting drinks. Took an hour to get food. Then by time they waited then they charged full price for meal after we ordered from the happy hour menu which was discussed with by the waitress. Food was not that great!!! Horrible experience !! Will never go back!!!"
"Looked online at the menu. Just wanted a snack so I ordered the cheese curds listed at 7.99 as of me writing this review (2/9/2023). I double checked the website and confirmed the listed price. Was told it was 9.99 and it had "changed". Then I got the most meager portion I've ever seen. 10.39 for this nonsense. I can't speak for the rest of their food or services but with these prices and portions I will not be trying. An expensive lesson learned."
