"The taco bells in Jax have completely lost my business. The worst is cassat ave! However, if you want to go to the good locations with good food and decent customer service it's callahan location and Jax Beach. Stay away from the others and yes I have tried them all because I drive alot. It made me wonder how they are still in business or question who's training these people. Again,Callahan fl and the one at the beach is where they don't make you feel some sort of way. I went to the callahan location for breakfast."

"Love the food most of the time but everytime we go never fails that we have a hair OR TWO in our food. I’ve called to complain multiple times. All they’ve said they’ll do is remake my food or give a refund. Thanks but I want you to have ur employees wear hairnets. And ensure that they are. Because this is disgusting."

"It wasn't much meat on our products. Boy these food costs suck. Make sure when you put the ingredients on the burrito you put it across the burrito and not just in sections. I want to taste all five layers at the same time on my five layer burrito. A mouth full of nothing but sour cream isn't that great, neither is just a mouthful of beans ect ect. Teach these kids how to make their burritos and stop being skimpy with the meat or trying to make us pay extra just to get the normal amount. This is not customer satisfaction This is highway robbery."

"Had no other option but to order on kiosk. Dining room full of people waiting. I waited 20 minutes for food only to find one item wrong. Advised food prep guy he stated well thats what my screen says, check receipt. I did not have an option to print the receipt only text or email neither of which I wanted. Told him it wouldn't provide print option. Manager walked over asked what the issue was? I told her the same, her response was check my receipt and "get out little lady you have an attitude" she repeated it 3 times. I asked for her name and corporate she said she didn't have to provide her name but gave me a blank receipt stating corporate info on back "get out" she proceeded to walk to her coworkers and repeat to them "little lady is rude and needs to get out". A nice older gentleman walked over gave me his contact info so he can provide me with all info of events including manager name. Corporate had been contacted."

"This place needs to get it together, something has changed with the staff because this place use to be on point with service, we went in last night had to order from the machines because they were busy like normal, but we waited almost 40 minutes for our food, only to realize have the food was incorrect or just missing and when asked one of the staff where one of our items was, he says to us, "I don't know, I just work here" and then turned and walked away. There were people that were waiting longer then us and were there before us. They were taking care of drive-thru before in house customers."
