"Receptionist was warm and friendly. Mammogram technician was pleasant and empathetic. It was nice that you provided deodorant in the dressing room. I also greatly appreciated that you provide results during the appointment. Ultrasound room was very cold which made experience uncomfortable. I mentioned this to ultrasound technician, but she did not seem to care or have empathy. Perhaps you can provide a blanket if the room needs to be cold for the equipment to work or some other solution?"

"This office is amazing. From the front desk to the technicians everything is first class. You are treated with kindness and respect. The atmosphere of the office is beautiful and they are fast and prompt. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early and was taken immediately once my paperwork was done. "When I got an abnormal result on my mammogram I was scared! The place who had done the mammogram couldn’t get me a follow up appointment for many weeks. I called Women’s Imaging Specialists and they understood my concern. They went above and beyond to get my initial images from the other place and scheduled me an appointment for the very next week. At the appointment a lot of my anxiety was calmed by the friendly staff and the clean and comfortable office. The technician who did the follow up testing gave clear instruction on how and where to stand and kept me informed on everything I needed to know. I was impressed with the state of the art mammography machine. All of this went a long way toward allaying my fears. I will need to return for another test in six months and I feel confident that Women’s Imaging Specialists is the right place for me to get the testing."
"This was my first time so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They only have curtains on the changing rooms and mine had several hooks loose so it didn’t close all the way. I was expecting a robe as reported by friends but all they have is a short cape then you are back sitting with other people partially covered. They were fast which I guess is good but it was hard since no one really explained things or what to expect. Perhaps this is as good as it gets but I think I may try somewhere else next year."
