"My review is just another drop in the bucket here. It seems we are all in agreement on the fact that this facility doesn’t respect your time. They ask you to show up 30 min before your appointment to do maybe 2 min worth of paperwork and make you wait wayyyyy past your scheduled appointment. The wait is atrocious."

"Don’t come here, and don’t bother even scheduling an appointment here - I was over an hour past my scheduled time. The front end staff was rude, and made it very clear they didn’t want to be here, and that their jobs were tedious to them. Go literally anywhere else."

"The lady and gentleman at the front desk were amazing and sweet and tried to get me done as fast as possible to get to my infusion at 2 in Lawrenceville. However, how amazing they were quickly left my head due to the sour lady who did my registration in booth 3 at 140pm on 3/13/2023. This was an emergency ultrasound because my doctor believes I have a bad blood clot in my arm while I was at my morning appointment. I’ve been going through a lot of terrible medical things at the age of 27 and have been living more in than out of the hospital for the past year. With all that being said you would think a person needing to check in patients was at least a little nice. Once she saw I had Medicaid her whole demeanor changed and she started acting a lot more blunt and condescending. Telling me they should be worrying more about taking care of elderly people than those who can provide for themselves. To which I replied “you don’t really know anything about me to be able to say if I’m able or not… because currently…. IM NOT” I am battling MRSA infections, new lupus diagnosis, as well as my depression being terrible after loosing my nana and my type one diabetes being so high from the MRSA infection that it’s making the infection worse as well. This woman telling me I can do the work to call the manufacturer or insulin and if I don’t that’s on me and that I shouldn’t be an “able body” being on Medicaid. Absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER come back to this location. All because of that one woman. And I hope one day if she ever needs Medicaid…. That she rethinks how she talks to people who have Medicaid just because she deems them an able body…. Doesn’t mean we are."

"Beware of this place......First of all they asked me to come 30mins prior to the appointment and took me for the scan after an hour of my appointment. Secondly they did not give me an itemized bill and just had me pay whole amount for appointment upfront. When I scheduled the appointment they took my insurance information and now when I call my insurance to check why that test was not covered they told me that they did not receive any claim. And when I call to their billing office, I was told that my file is closed cause I took financial assistance, which is not true, I did not fill any paperwork on top of it I paid 500+$ on the day of service, when I ask them what financial assistance they hung up the phone(which only got connected after an hour long of wait time). The folks at front office and the person who did my imaging were really nice, but not at all happy with the billing folks............"
