"I was ordered a rush MRI yesterday. I had never had one before and was scared. The front desk employees were very nice and comforting. The MRI Tech was amazing. Did not get his name. Soft spoken, kind and reassuring. I have one suggestion.... consider offering a guided meditation. Gentle human voice as they walked through the forest or beach with animal noises, rain etc. And have the voice end at 20 minutes when procedure was done."
