"My 6 year old was diagnosed by Dr. Crittendon at 18 months and received ABA therapy from this center until age 5. The initial evaluation can be a scary time for any parent but Autism Center for Children made us feel comfortable with a playful natural environment for the kids to enjoy their assessment time as well with lots of breaks as needed. The center is kept very clean and organized with a open door policy for parents to observe their kids in therapy at any time which I really appreciate. Dr. Crittendon and her staff work hard to make sure their kiddos are on the right track and progressing making it look so effortless. This is a great place, actually no this is the best place and only place of you have a small toddler and need early intervention or immediate assessment. My 6 year old has made amazing progress and people always ask where did he receive therapy because of his openness, confidence and leadership skills. My now 2nd born son is 15 months and was just recently diagnosed by Dr. Crittendon and has been attending for over a month now so here we go again. You would likely not ever find an opportunity to get a assessment as early as this center can provide and that's because of the experience, training and education of Dr. C. It takes a village and Autism Center for Children has been and is a huge part of our village. We thank you for your dedication and believe in you Dr. C."

"I went to someone prior to the Autism Center for Children for an evaluation and what a regret that was! Dr. Crittendon and Katie (who helped assist) were so wonderful, patient, kind and thoughtful. My two year old wasn't the easiest as they had to move around the room with her since she kept moving away and running circles in the room. I never felt so comfortable in a room setting. You can tell they really care about their work and the children who come there. The evaluation was play based and done ONE session which was AWESOME! Some places will not diagnose your child until they are over the age of 3 but Dr. Crittendon is extremely knowledgeable and has worked with Austim children for a while now so if your child test with ASD she will diagnose your child. I couldn't boast enough about how wonderful everyone is here and how comfortable and at home we felt."
