"I ordered the melt in the Sassy Scotty about 4:00 the first time and about 4:30 when I returned the first one. I have ordered this several times and it has never been burnt hard. Part of sandwich was burned on the bottom. I took the first one back and thought the 2nd one would have been better but it was soft on one side and hard on the other. I am not sure if the oven is cooking evenly."
"First time here... I had the BBQ chicken salad melt on a croissant it was delicious. The menus at the door for you to look at while you stand in line for first time goers. Tons of different varieties of chicken salad. If you like chicken salad this is a very unique experience. Every meal even comes with a sugar cookie!! Fresh lemonade and strawberry lemonade if you like lemonade. Very clean and friendly service."
"I love Chicken Salad Chic and I use them often because of a close disabled friend who loves jalapeño holly salad with sliced almonds. I usually walk in to the counter, but this time we used the drive-through and the lady at the window, who was very nice, told me they wouldn't provide the sliced almonds. I explained that they always have provided these, but she said they wouldn't. I don't know if it's laziness in the kitchen or what. If it's the cost, I don't mind paying for them. I know there were not very busy, and we were the only ones in the drive-through. I hope the owner of this great franchise speaks to those involved. 11/02/2023 at approximately 12:25."
"Always a solid choice, as long as you are looking for chicken salad! They have 13 different kinds to choose from and I haven't had a bad 1 yet. Choice. Of wheat, white or croissant, or just grab container of chicken salad and go to work. I particularly like the wee cookie they give you with the meal, very nice touch. Service is always friendly and attentive. Food is made to order and comes out quickly."
