"Literally got assaulted here by a coworker, not once, but multiple times by different people. Absolutely worst atmosphere to work in. The environment is not clean and very unsanitary. Food is sloppy when made. Unfriendly and slow service, you could be sitting in drive thru for over 20 min just waiting for your soup and sandwich. Never seen so many hiring posters for a workplace before."
"This place used to be nice with welcoming service and I don’t know what happend now. I placed an order for tomato soup and it took them 50 mins to make and the two men who were working were mostly talking and less working. Half of the time one of them just kept making fun of people’s last name instead of making order."
"This was most disappointing Panera bread I have been to so far. We ordered around 2 or 3 times and each time was worse than the last. First, we ordered dine in and they decided to give us a takeout bag containing very low quantities of the food we ordered. Then, we went again a few weeks later, hoping it would be different. This time, we ordered the green goddess caprese chicken melt to go. The result was truly horrendous. The sandwich contained nothing but chicken, and had no other vegetables. Our very last encounter with this establishment happened a few months later, and we ended up deciding to eat elsewhere, as none of the items we wanted to order were in stock. I don’t have the option to rate this place zero or negative"
"Waited a long time in the drive through. Had a large to go order. I ordered the Green Goddess Caprese Melt. When I got home my sandwich was missing Tomatoes & cheese. Not happy."
"I have never seen more “Now Hiring” signs on a business before. I walk in and there are about 6 people behind the counter and they are all standing around chatting. It took 45 seconds for someone 5 ft away to even acknowledge I was there and wanted to order. Instead of hiring more people, motivate those to actually serve the customer rather than chat about their plans tonight."
