"Horrible experience. Went in for a test that was supposed to be a set amount if I paid out of pocket. A few weeks later I received a much larger bill. Since the scheduling department went over everything over the phone and sent me a receipt that they do not see anywhere in their system, I was forced the pay the much larger fee so that it would not go to collections. Horrible experience, please make sure to get everything in writing and refuse to do anything over the phone."

Enough for you to pay wrong amounts, have the bills become late, loose any discounts that were promised, and accrue late fees. Northside as whole is a money leaching machine. "When I went to Northside for a heart screening I signed a document stating that I will be responsible for a 99$ payment. No sweat, paid in full. After a month I received a bill for additional cost. When I contact the billing department she literally tells me that it's the billing department fee and talks about how they lowered it from 500 to a flat fee of $45. None of this was explained to me at the office. It's a total scam. Find any place other than this for your service."
