"I called this office on my way there in a Uber on the day of my procedure just to confirm my appointment because they had messed up my appointments so many times before, just to be told that they're CT machine wasn't working. Please save your time and money and don't go to this dysfunctional place. Their radiologist is the absolute worst in his reports. Rude staff, dysfunctional office and impossible to get someone who's in charge for a resolution. American Health Imaging is a disaster."
"A few complaints! First we were told don't call them, they'll call you. One week after the referral still no call from them to set up an appointment. I call them and the response was, call your referring doctor and have them resend the order. I call my doctor's staff giggles, making me believe this is typical behavior from AHI. The next day I get a call around noon to set up an appointment. "Yes, I'll take 9:45am Wed." I get home that afternoon and have a message saying we missed the appointment, but it's for tomorrow. How could it be for today I was called 2 hours after 9:45. Fine, now we have a 9:30am appointment same day, Wednesday. Wednesday we arrive. Everyone is nice and professional. We leave and get another call to set up an appointment. WHAT! WE JUST LEFT THERE! I'm not feeling great about this location. First time patients here."
