Northside Riverstone Imaging 720 Transit Avenue, Canton, GA 30114

"Beware!!! Do not go here!!! Back in august I had an MRI, I paid their “flat rate fee” in cash. Since then I have received a bill in the mail for $13k, then another for $8k, after much arguing with the unprofessional business department at Northside they told me the flat rate fees are wrong (this isn’t a small business, this is a multimillion dollar institution, they should know the fee schedule since it’s standard with medical facilities) and that I owned money. I called the Riverstone Imaging and they insured me it was a mistake and they “took care of it” and that I would owe nothing (have it on a recorded line). Well I received a bill in the mail today from a creditor, looking for $800. Save yourself the agony and go somewhere else!"

"I had an MRI with contrast today with Joey (I believe was his name). I can’t say enough positive things about him. He explained everything thoroughly, got the IV in one try, was very kind, and thoughtful. Warm blankets, earplugs, the whole nine! I would definitely come back if necessary and pray I get him again. He was absolutely phenomenal!!!!"

"In the past 5 years I've had six or seven MRI at this location. Always very happy with the staff very comfortable nice new clean machines very professional. I recommend it if you must have an MRI hope we don't. I'm confident I'll be back. I am an accident waiting to happen all the time. I should have frequent flyer miles here."

"Folow up from last review: After writing my review, not two minutes later, a young black employee entered the waiting room to collect the trash. 'Miss Sandy' responded as if someone just opened the door and tossed a bag of smelly trash inside. It was noticeable to everybody sitting there. Everybody was staring at each other in shock! This women does not need to be in customer service. In her 80s or 90s she must have been a slave owner in the past, that is how she act. I talked to her supervisor before I left, but I don't think she was suprised. And I also don't think she will address this. These reviews about 'Miss Sandy' go bavk 4 to 6 years and she is still insulting people. But I will make sure my doctor never send me back to Riverstone Imaging. If you are reading my reviews right now and notice this problem please write a review and talk to somebody there!"

"Too many old rude white women!!!! I have an appointment, the first word out of her mouth was a very rude 'can I help you!' Then shooving the cliff board at me her next words was 'fill out these papers!' I wondered if I was in the wrong place. I will never choose to come back here again! I will make sure my doctor understand that! Sitting here now trying to decide whether to just leave! Wow!"
