"This is by far the worst Pharmacy ever. I have tried multiple times to speak to them by phone and put on hold for as much as 45 mins at a time. Medicare was on hold with them for me, as a Phone conference and they put them no hold for what seemed forever. I jumped through hoops to get supplies from them for my diabetes and never got them to work with me until Medicare called them. Sitting on hold now for over 20 mins with a three way call with Medicare working on this and still nothing. 33 Mins have passed with Medicare on the phone with me waiting. We had to hang up and start all over again because they hung up on us, while waiting. So I decided to get in my car and drive the 7 mi to speak to someone at the pharmacy while Medicare was on my phone on hold bottom line is they could not help me Medicare told them what to do to bill and they said they never hear of anything like that before and I walked out without my prescription. After 1 hour and 40 minutes of being on the phone with Medicare and driving to the CVS while they were on my phone and speaking to CVS nothing was resolved."

"I live a block away from this store and would drive out of my way to go to Walgreens because the drive-thru pharmacy is ALWAYS backed up at this location. I only go there to pick-up my parents medication, which I would cringe when I was asked. About a week ago, I dreaded the trip, but my my parents were sick so I made the trip. It was a pleasant suprise to see no cars in the drive thru but I immeidately thought they were closed. To my suprise they hired a very pleasant person, Nannette, which immediately came to the drive-thru to greet me. I realized I knew her from my granddaughters school and just to be greeted immediately was amazing that I was speechless and forgot where I was at the time. I can tell you as long as I know she is there, I will up my parents medication anytime! Thank you Nannette. You are a rockstar!"

"Bye CVS!!!! Ridiculous wait at the drive thru. They do not care, nor even have a standards here. You are not the only pharmacy in town. I'd rather drive far than wait and waste my EXPENSIVE gas on you. Today is the longest wait, almost 30 mins. I wanted to turn off my car already. If you have no sense of urgency, then close this place. Hope this place gets closed. Hope corporate sees all the bad reviews. Thank goodness for choices."

"If I could leave no stars I would. The drive through is always such a long wait that we do not even bother with it anymore. The store never contacts us when a prescription is ready even though we are set up for notifications. The pharmacy staff has a couple employees that are kind, other than that they are rude and hang up on you. We have also had them lose our prescription before. It was a medication my child needed somewhat urgently for her breathing, they did not offer any apologies or to call us when they found it, I had to drive back up there to check with them. I do not leave reviews often but I have had such a bad experience with this location that I felt the need to warn other potential customers."

"The pharmacy here is horrifically understaffed, so a lot of this is the bosses/staffing's fault. They are over worked and every time I go they look exhausted. It always looks like they have just one or two people at the most doing everything from the drive through to the walk-in desk to answering the phones to filling the prescriptions. So it's no surprise that one of my medications that I NEED TO LIVE simply wasn't ever filled. That's bound to happen when your staff is so abused. I called multiple days in a row and never got through due to the under-staffing. I tried to simply re-fill the medication online, but the next day when I checked on it, it wasn't in the system being filled. So I tried to call again. When I finally did get through they couldn't tell me why it wasn't filled. The fed up, overworked, exhausted person on the phone said "I have no idea," when I asked what happened. I've missed several days of my medication now. And although the mistake is now being fixed, I'm at a high risk of heart attack and stroke when I miss taking my medication. So to CVS boss/person in charge, HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Stop pinching pennies. This is a pharmacy where people's lives are legitimately at stake. This isn't the staffs fault if they're hungry/tired/overworked all the time. They're human beings."
