"The owner Walker was very rude when I called to talk to the home office about an issue. He was rude and hung up on me after I asked him several questions about a complaint. They had dead bugs in the ice machine and a nasty bathroom. The employees are rude and never speak. This is my least favorite homerun store to come to. The best thing they have is ice cream. Most of their candy is outdated and they don’t check the food items on the shelves for dates at all! Highly recommended to shut them down."

"I just came from the store at 3315 Guillionville to pay for gas and was looking through the Sunday paper when I was told that looking was not allowed. There happened to be an article about a former WHS athlete who just came out with a book that caught my eye. I am a WHS teacher who will boycott your stores AND share my experience with the poor customer service provided by the Homerun family."
