Publix Super Market at Fayette Pavilion 108 Pavilion Parkway, Fayetteville, GA 30214

"Had a product that was advertised on the shelf buy 2 get 1 free. Before leaving the store. I checked receipt. Did not show sale price. So I took the product and receipt to customer service. To tell them about the discrepancy. The older African American lady from the gate was cutting me off. Saying it was for a bigger size or 8 pack. So again I tried to tell her the sign was directly in front of the products I purchased. Even asked her to go look for herself. Her response to me was that she doesn't need to go look. Because she had the same thing with another customer. I was all together pissed by her rude tone to begin with. Anyways I go back to isle number 3 to double check. So sign was in the wrong place and actually for a smaller size. But that's not my problem. I don't work there. It's not my job to make sure signage is in the right place. As a consumer what I saw was but 2 get 1 free. And that's all that matters. When it was all said and done. She asks me did I want to keep it. My response,no just give me my money back. She could have easily resolved that by honoring the signage price. Or giving me the product for free for incorrect pricing on product. I shop entirely too much at Publix for that type of treatment. Particularly that location. Not to mention I told I left something up there on January 1 prior to them closing. Receipt in hand. She never even addressed that. Because she was too busy trying to prove me wrong without even proving it. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. And will probably decrease my visits to Publix and eventually stop going. Tried to call up there when I got home. It was the same lady with a bad attitude who answered the phone. I asked for the store manager. She said she wasn't there. But could definitely tell she was not going to let me speak to the store manager . Christi Bush"

"Went to the deli today and waited almost an hour. There were 3 employee working the hot deli and sandwiches. There were two people in front of me and had been there a very long time before I got there. One gentlemen came from the back worked on the customer in front of me. They brought the older lady from the chicken area. Unfortunately she is very slow. I've been a customer with Publix for 3 months and this is the second time I've had to voice a displeasure with the service. What should have been a half hour visit to the store turned into and hour and a half. Unacceptable! Customers deserve great service and a reasonable amount of time to be assisted. Very dissatisfied customer☹️"

"I'm only giving five stars because of Mr. Ev and Mrs. Kendra they are so amazing and we appreciate there customer service. Mrs. Kendra said she was new well I hope to see her more often. When it comes to this Publix. Mr. Ev and Mrs Kendra really makes this store look good thank you again to them both. They made my experience at this location great and they went up and beyond to help us. They deserve a raise and I hope you appreciate the both of them"

"I shop this location on a regular basis and for the first time I ordered a spinach chicken tenders wrap online. This location has a horrible process for pickup because it is at the customer service line where you conduct money order, lotto and other national business that has nothing to do with a simple order pick up process. They couldn't find my order even though I had my order confirmation screenshot. The Manager told me I had no proof of my order even though I pulled it up on my phone. I didn't want to argue so I placed a second order online because the line was way too long and the online order was only another 40 minute after waiting over 45 minutes this initial time. I sat in my car until 740pm at the time the second order was said to be ready, came back in the store waited in the customer service line again and they still couldn't find my order. The second young lady actually was nice as she tried to explain to me that my order was never found because they were out of the type of chicken needed to make my order. The first lady was a Manager without any type of customer service skills. She had no clue how to talk to me the right way to satisfy me as a customer. I was refunded for only one sandwich that they actually canceled not refunded and I lost out on 2 hours from work trying to get food I paid for twice. I paid $8 and .66c twice to only be told first it was my fault they couldn't find my order cause I didn't screenshot the entire page. Then second because they never had what THEY needed to create my wrap in the first place. This is incompetence at its finest and a broken horrible system for a pickup process. At least phone your customer and give them a chance to choose other options especially seeing I had just place one order and there was an issue locating it. Not everyone in this world is bad and just want something for free. If that were the case I could've taken one of the hot paid for orders sitting on the order pickup self in front of the customer service area. I simply just wanted what I paid for twice that was it that was all."

"Well-situated supermarket in the shopping pavilion among several other stores. Location was clean and organized. Deli was very busy when I shopped, but the long line was moving along quickly. Ordered a sub sandwich and multiple staff behind the counter were very courteous, friendly, and worked efficiently. Love the design of the cart return stations in the parking lot being between the bushes; very unique. Ample parking available."
