"Okay at best but it was the closest after our local store closed. We go to the B&N in Macon now. Found out last month BAM was still charging me for a membership that I haven't used in a couple of years. I attempted to cancel the membership but was blocked from accessing my account. I contacted customer service and requested the membership be canceled prior to renewal. They processed the renewal anyway and now I am having to try to get a refund."

"My kids love shopping here. They spend most of the time looking at books and then also looking at all the novelty and collectible items. The selection here is varied and it is easy to get lost in the amount of different content available. The staff is very nice and helpful. My daughter has asked them almost every time we go to help find a book and they are always willing to help or find it for her. Anytime I haves phoned in to check on a specific book or closing times, the staff has always been courteous and cooperative, even going so far as to walk around and check for a certain book."
"Went looking for books on how to l draw and Tabby led me to two great locations in the store! We had a wonderful conversation and she was an absolute delight. Though I do not frequent Books a Million, I'm grateful that I happened upon them today. 10 out of 10 would recommend!"
