"I love this store. They pulled out all the self check out. Always friendly cashier and bag person to help."
"I would avoid this Publix like the plague, but it us the only grocer on the way home from work. The customers are rude and the store layout is not good for first time visitors. Parking lot and traffic flow is counter intuitive and one way and don't alternate on one row, both entrances are dangerous to enter and exit. People speed and cut in front of you on Roswell Rd. So you gotta be careful even at night hours. There is no self checkouts because I guess people be stealing too much which is sad, and you get a lot of pushy people. Their deli chicken is good though but be prepared to wait as people like to loiter round the counters with no sense of ugency. I believe if I lived near this store I would avoid it like the plague and drive out to a more pleasant area to do my regular shopping, it can get that bad."
"I have shopped at this store for years and as time passes, the standards at this particular Publix have declined. Went to purchase some produce today and came across some rotten tomatoes. Told one of the dept staff and she just said “ok” and walked away with the rotten items. Thought that was a bit strange and not the service I normally encounter at a Publix store. The lesson learned is, check the produce carefully before purchasing it at this particular store."
"This Publix at the intersection of trowbridge road and Roswell road is pretty good. Not a very big Publix store but it has everything. There is a USPS post office in this same complex so that’s convenient too. But the folks working here sometimes have an attitude so you are forewarned!!!"
