But....... they need to send Laura the tech to charm school I don't care how long she has working there, she always has a chip on her shoulder and I have to feel so uncomfortable asking any questions I may have like i am bothering her and definitely should not have to feel that way. Kingsley and Ekin are extremely nice and extremely helpful and so is everyone else. Laura needs a job not dealing with the public with her attitude. Really makes you feel and talks to you in such a condescending manner. But will stay here because the othera are all helpful."
