"I have been shopping at this Kroger since the first day it opened. Been thru many managers of the store and all the departments . This is a great store, everyone there is friendly and helpful. The deli is the best it has ever been and ALL the people there are just great and extremely customer satisfaction oriented under the leadership of the new Deli manager, Destiny, who has brought new personnel and new products and services to to the deli dept. making it a pleasant place filled with a huge variety of products and services to shop for your family. They go above and beyond in trying to please all customers. If you haven’t tried it, do yourself and your family a favor and stop by for some great food and a pleasant experience !!! You can’t get better service anywhere !!!"
"I have to give a shout out to Josh and Destiny in the deli at Kroger store number 680. They are so friendly and always say hello and ask how the family is doing. They make sure they have my German bologna in stock. They know how much my grandson loves it. They both will go above and beyond to make the customers happy."
"I love this store but I am tired of being followed and approached by people that are trying to get me to sign up for a Kroger credit card while I am shopping. If I want a credit I will sign up for one using one of the thousands of flyers about them that I get in the mail. People bothering you in the store is annoying."
"Love this Kroger but absolutely cannot engage with employee Vanessa in self checkout. She's extremely condescending and unfriendly, and has made every interaction unpleasant. Kroger recently got new conveyor belt self check out machines, and when I used it for the first time it told me help was on the way. I jokingly told Vanessa I wasn't sure why it was "yelling" and me and she said that my items were blocking the sensor, but said it in such a way as if I was stupid for not knowing why the machine called for help. When I see other self-check out employees working with customers at the new conveyor belt machines, the employees are helping the customers bag items to move the line faster. Vanessa does not do this, which is unnerving when it gets really busy and the self checkout line is backed up."
