"Don't even bother to stop at this Walgreen or set an appointments for COVID a waste of time. Yesterday I had an appointment for COVID test no one assisted me the petite young lady was very rude not only that she was rude to other customers that was picking up through drive thru pick up... She needs to be fully educated dealing with customers or need to be fired just poor behavior, After waiting 30 min ..I decided to purchase a COVID test there indeed I had COVID. I'm not sure how these individuals care about your where being just sad.. Thank God for Kasier!!!"

"This is the most unprofessional, and uncaring, pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life. My 82 year old father, diagnosed with COVID, and it took this pharmacy over 18 hours to slap a sticker on a box of Paxlovid so we could give him the medication prescribed by the hospital. Mean spirited bunch of jerks."

"About a year ago the pharmacy was an awful experience. You never could get anybody to answer the phone. I have mobility issues and since they were the only pharmacy with a drive through in the area I forced to use them. I would have to call the store itself and speak with the store manager and leave a message with them to have someone from the pharmacy to call me back. When you're in a lot of pain, this can be a miserable experience. Well. I'm not sure what happened but everything has changed for the better. Now, when I call the pharmacy, it's as though I am calling an entirely different business. I always get somebody to answer the phone right away. They are always very pleasant and they get things done quickly and efficiently. Gone are the hour long waits at the drive through. Many times, when I have a question for the pharmacist, I get them on the phone right away and they seem to care. I could go on and on but I think I have made things clear. I am so relieved. I am temporarily in bad health but Powfer Springs pharmacy has made my life so much easier. Thank you!!!"

"Staff at the pharmacy is so rude for no reason. Regardless of how busy you are my pain is real and I waited over 24hrs. Whatever the reason it’s taking so long (never assumed it was yours and I was told by your staff to call and check the status) is still uncalled for. I’m not one to post negative reviews cuz I’ve worked in healthcare and I know what it’s like. That’s why I’m extra polite to all staff."
