"Went in looking for a part, they didn't have it, that was cool. The bad part is the kid working the front desk wouldn't even look away from his phone to acknowledge my presence. Spend your money elsewhere. They're only collecting paychecks and hanging with their buddy's. Then didn't even understand why I was upset with the service. Kid you need to keep racing bikes and quit selling them. Your a customer service cancer. We’re so sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We’re working to correct the issue and hope you’ll give us another chance to earn your business. I replied for you. Your Google reviews are full of this same problem. Either that kid has something on icr or you simply don't care."

"So I walked into the store Friday late evening to look at side by sides. I was by myself, there were 2 guys working there. Was in the back looking at the ones they had, not one person came back to help me, let alone, ask if I needed any help. Another customer came in, a male, and got all of the help he needed. I could have written out a check that day for a purchase. Sorry, will be taking my business elsewhere."
