"First I would like to say that I've known this groomer as being Poodle Parfait I grew up knowing the original owner Ms. Betty because my father owned the Lawnmower shop next door which is now a church. As a now adult I started taking my miniature schnauzer back in 2016 when it was still known as the Poodle Parfait and I must tell the truth it was still a decent establishment giving great hair cuts in a timely manner. But, now the they've changed the name to Glenwood Grooming it's a enter at your own risk. The care and sense of urgency the establishment once had is no longer. It's too many people in there you don't know who works there or who don't because too many are in and out but no one is grooming your dogs, I took my 3 pups and yes I have a pup that is hard to cut and I can understand when it is told to me. But, my other two are fine. I took my pups there before the cut off time which is 11am and I was told that they may be done by 5pm minus the one that nips at them which is understandable. I called at 3pm to assure and i asked if they could call me 30 minutes before they finish the last dog but, 6pm came around and I left home arriving.a little before 7pm thinking they was closing but unbeknownst to me they was NOT finished with my pups telling me its going to be another 1hr maybe. I just got my pups back 1 looked like a lion 1 looked like spike from the gremlins with a Mohawk up one side of her back with bald patches in spots and the last looked like a mixture of the two NEVER AGAIN. Personally they need to close it down. Because they aren't grooming its like a Junkie coverup..DONOT TAKE THEM THERE..."

"Only thing changed about this place is the name the service is ghetto just like the location they are cheap probably because they don't ask for dog vaccine paper work so you take a risk having your dog around other sick dogs you drop your dog off at 11 you won't get your pet back until around 7oclock closing time that's way to long compared to other places I've tried the inside look like a hole in the wall the groomers look like they learned from watching YouTube videos February 2023 my pic is from service I received @Petsmart"
