"DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! If I could post pictures of my dog, you all would be APPALLED! My husband and I told her he wasn’t pleased with the cut and her response was “it doesn’t look bad to me”. We are embarrassed to take our dog anywhere because of the horrible job she did. When my husband asked for a refund (because we pay based on quality) she basically called him broke?!!! So if you want quality and professionalism, go anywhere else!"

"Avoid this house turned into a business. House was a mess. Dogs everywhere barking. The owner booked me a appointment and told me to arrive between 9am-10am. I arrived and pulled in driveway. Abandoned cars in the driveway- place looked uninviting. Giving the place the benefit of the doubt. I rung the door bell. She yelled give me a minute. The owner came to door with shorts and socks on - like she just got out of bed (hangover). I stepped in but my dog was hesitant. The house was atrocious. Wet (urine) towels on steps- and throughout the family area...Then some creepy older man ( look like he was hungover as well) stepped in and peak out of nowhere. I felt very unsafe. I grabbed my dog and left. Lesson learned...pictures online definently do not match what you see. Next time I will go on my first instinct...pulled up to a mess...you will find a mess...just leave!!!! You should be ashame of yourself...booking someone then presenting yourself like this....I don't care how long you been in business. It was unprofessional. I would not leave a possum or raccoon their for grooming..definently not my precious dog. In response to you. Your relationship status has nothing to do with the service and receiving unprofessional treatment. You will be very embarrass to know - I'm in a interracial relationship and I would NEVER yell or say anything regarding that matter. So you are making up this now. If you have a camera door bell play it back and it will prove my point... It's my review and my perception. As a business owner accept the area of opportunities and correct them and move on.....I have and found a wonderful groomer. - I wish you the best...."
