"Takpu needs some training in customer service. He was very rude. When you answer the call in drive thru, you should say something like, "did you have any other questions?" Or "Do you need further assistance?" Anything polite to let people know you can hear them now AND you are listening and eager to help them. Not just stare at them and make them guess you can hear them. When a customer is speaking to you, unless their is a fire behind you or equivalent emergency, you should never walk away from them. When you are done with a transaction, you should thank your customer. Your customers business is why you have a job! Customers deserve respect and should NEVER be treated rudely. There are ways respectful ways to deal with irate customers, which involves letting them know you also deserve their mutual respect. And that is covered in any customer service training. If Takou or any employee does take regular customer service training and still treats their customers poorly, then give someone else the opportunity to do better in their job. Their are many people looking for work that understand customer service is a part of any any job that interacts with either internal or external customers. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of the woman, who I think was the actual pharmacist. She helped me save money and filled my prescription faster than she originally planned. She was not warm either, and I can tell she was stressed with her work, but she did not take the stress out on me and maintained a civil demeanor. I appreciated her and told her so."

"The people who work in the Pharmacy can act like they CARE and are concerned about the Customers when they walk up to the counter to pick up their Medications instead of acting like the CUSTOMER IS INVISIBLE. This is the Worst Pharmacy I have been to in a Long time. I went today and there was NO ONE in the Line yet, everyone who worked in the Pharmacy continued to work on orders and DID NOT EVEN Acknowledge that I was standing there. One of the Techs even walked right past me twice as if I was invisible. No one acknowledged me until I said something. HORRIBLE experience."

"They never pick up the phone! It feels like you’re on hold for hours until they actually do. If you go into the pharmacy section you can just see people standing there even though they have calls in."
