"I have been taking my Yorkie there for years. I love this place and the owner is very accomodating!"
"I took my cat there for a bath and nail trim. When I picked her up I was also charged for the groomer being bitten. I would have bitten her too if she trimmed my nails so short and bleeding that it took 3 months for them to grow back. And once your animal bites her she refuses to ever groom them again! My baby is so freaked out when you try to clip her nails that I take her to the vet. Don’t know why but they have no problem."
"This was a place I have never been too I paid 35.00 to have my lab puppy groomed and it was not a good turnout when I went to pick her up her feet where dirty and she did not smell good I had to give her a bath when I got her home she was coverd in other dog hair in her legs and feet"
"Our doodle puppy is high energy and a challenge. He was obviously he was happy and well cared for when I picked him up. We'll be taking him back again."
"DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE !!!!! Horrible customer service not to mention she did everything we asked her not to do. We took our toy poodle there to get groomed. Asked her to just give her a trim and to not shave her. When we picked up our dog, she was shaved and had a horrible cut on her ear!! Not to mention she had told us a price and when we picked her up she charged us more then what we had agreed on even tho she had done what we had told her not to do. If you care about your pet please don’t take them here!!!!"
