"I can't believe I actually spent money at this store! I walked in and there were two females behind the counter. There was only one other shopper in the store. I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance with anything. I actually picked up the shoes that I wanted and had to walk back to the counter to ask them to pull my size. But, that wasn't the worst of it. They were playing the most obnoxious music ever! I actually heard the word "pu--y". If I had any other options at the time, I would have definitely spent my money elsewhere! Corporate Hibbett needs to know about this."

"I went to this store ready to spend my money. There were two associates standing at the register doing nothing. No one else was in the store. No one greeted me or even asked if they could help me with anything. So I decided to go spend my money elsewhere. Even as I walked out the door, no one said have a nice day! I guess customer service is trash nowadays. I will definitely not be returning!"
