"Tried calling multiple times, multiple days. No one ever answers the phone. I went there for years had 2 providers leave the place. They moved offices and never notified me, so I missed my appt because I went to the old office and thought they were closed. After I called was told I had to be re-established even tho I went there for years. I could never get re-established with anyone else cause no one answered the phone. Waste of time."

"Timothy Taylor showed me that his clients mean nothing more than a paycheck for him, was supposed to do telehealth and he was unable to connect, asked him to give me a few minutes and try again. He said yes, I drove 3 minutes away to the McDonald's and replied to his message telling me to let him know when. I told him I was ready. Got no reply and sent him another message. Got no reply. Called the office, told the secretary what was going on. He said he would not try again after I went through all the effort to try and make it work because I had feedback to give on the medication and was also out of Risperdal. Both secretaries were unprofessional and should not be working in this field nor as a secretary if they cannot treat people right. People with psychological problems need help. Not someone being rude and very unhelpful and 0 courtesy. I would not recommend anyone to go to timothy Taylor if you do go. And if you have daily struggles, you will end up seeing exactly what I went through with the receptionist. Worst place I have ever had to deal with and I will make sure I let everyone know as well as go to social network and put them on blast. If anyone knows who I can reach out to to further explain about this experience and maybe get something done about it with them. Better business bureau maybe? I'm not sure. Treat people how you want to be treated and as they say you reap what you sow!! I also tried to call back and they let the phone ring for over 10 minutes without answering. I drove home and got a call back with them saying timothy Taylor will not write you your script for Risperdal and to get an appointment elsewhere. What kind of doctor terminates a client who never cursed anyone at any visits and was always respectful. They ended up calling I. A script but still not a good place. Even frustrated you can still be respectful. Now I have to wait to get in somewhere else that seems good and possibly have bad effects/withdrawal from not having Risperdal that has been being prescribed to me for over 2 months. This doctor and the receptionist do not care about you I promise! I'm leaving a pic of all the times I tried to call and how long they would let it ring.
