"I've been here many many times. The staff is super friendly, respectful and very helpful. I'm a black female and I have never experienced anyone following me around in the store while I shopped and sometimes I've spent hours in the store hunting the bargains. Even the owner is super friendly and respectful. I especially love their rewards program. I've introduced my neighbors and family to this store. Love it there!"
"The place in itself was beautiful with creativity that was to scream for. The people in it? Not so much. To be here as both a consigner and shopper mean to be look down upon and see workers texting on their phone and gossiping amongst each other. I felt like I was in high school each time I walked in here. I been in here 5 times. Some of the people who support this place are simply "necks" and "billies" (if you catch my drift) just like the owners are deep down. A very southern place in a decent town. I hope they come back with a humble attitude, a new crop of people. And please more diversity! You are the company you allow in your facility ! I would not recommend this place unless saints came marching in !"
"We visit my wife's relatives in Georgia once or twice a year, a couple years ago we discovered Red Door Consignment. First time was 2020 and last year. This year we're going to stop over and found out about the devastating fire. So we looked up on Google to see what happened, I believe these negative reviews are related so more than what they divulge... you know each story has 2 sides. All I can say is that the few times we have stopped at Red Door, we're always well received, and always found a few great items at great prices. Some made great Christmas gifts. I sure hope you all come back stronger and larger than before.... just like the phoenix rising from the ashes."
