"Disappointing experience and I noticed that the manager Jennifer was mentioned in quite a few reviews and continues to treat staff poorly and has no regard for customers. We were 8 people deep in line today and she ignored all of the customers and chatted with another employee while stocking balloons. I asked her to consider prioritizing customers over idle chatter and restocking balloons and she lashed out at the cashier advising that she should asked for help. I hope that someone in leadership will address her behavior. I honestly feel sorry for the employees. As for me, I will never shop there again."

"The Caucasian lady with all the tattoos everywhere on her that checks you out at the front register has a dark unwelcoming attitude. Poor customer service skills. I heard her and the manager talking bad about customers. I will never shop in this store again because of that"

"Just today as the parking lot was full of customers at the store was full of customers the manager Jennifer refused to help the one cashier that was working for at least 30 minutes We the customers waited for a second cashier to come as Miss Jennifer was too busy Watching the line get longer and longer and stated that she was a manager and did not have to work the register. Maybe if the store was full of old white ladies she would actually did her job. Unfortunately it was a lot of brown skin people like myself in the store so Miss Jennifer could not be bothered with us or the cashier who’s also Brown skin and we waited for a second brownskin Cashier. To Miss Jennifer the people in this community no matter what color they are pay your salary"

"This store is the filthiest place i have been in. Floors haven't been cleaned in months. Old spills everywhere, same as two weeks ago. I don't think I'll be back. Yuk."
