"I have given this place more than one chance!!! **#1- I was a customer early on when first opened and tried to get a lay away ( which they just started offering . Well because it was only clothes I wanted they refused . I explained that my son was a Marine and I wasn’t sure exactly when I’d pick up , no longer than a month , didn’t care, very rude lady at counter still refused . **#2- I purchased a window air conditioner unit new in a box . Was assured it was new! However, was told that they didn’t do refunds . Ok I can get that a fairly new business may be limited to refund capabilities. Well, I got air conditioner home and it didn’t work for more than 5 minutes and would never start to even cool. Paid 125.00 took it back to store within an hour and again rude lady wouldn’t even give a store credit!! I was floored ! And pissed ! I am 100% sure that they knew ahead of time ac units were faulty ! It’s just not the way I want to be treated as a customer…ya know ? Do NOT RECOMMEND this is the store located next to Harbor Freight by the Tennessee St. And 41 exchange . So I know I have the correct store but … nice try to try to dodge this review ."

"Nothing like the photos. It’s more like a junk store! There is no furniture. Some of the decor is cute, but most of it is reselling Junk items for the same price you pay at Walmart"

"I went today and had an average experience. When I came to review the store I was met by Navy reviews from members of the King family, who owns the store, and mostly awful reviews by the REAL public. Hmmmm, very deceptive."

"I came in today to pick up a Budget rental truck and was greeted by Katie M. who might I say was about as friendly as an angry porcupine. She claimed that my truck and the trailer that I was picking up was not in the inventory. My question is if it wasn’t in the inventory, then how did your inventory manager know to send me to your location two hours from My Home to pick up the equipment that we needed for our move? The unfriendly and the unhelpful demeanor that Katie has could use some major improvement. Especially if you are going to continue having her work, your front counter and your rental trucks. Edited to add: Katie completed all damage documentation and nothing was signed off on by myself or my husband. We received a truck that had faulty tail lights, a trailer that had no lights at all, the tire pressure was incredibly low, and an oil level that didn’t even register on the dipstick."

"Decided to come in and check the place out on my lunch break.. as soon as I walk in I was greeted with very nasty and unfriendly looks.. I walk passed the front desk and first thing I noticed was how unorganized the store was tons of broken merchandise and an odd stench.. I asked the owner/manager about pricing he looked at me as if I was stupid for at least 30 seconds before he walked off and told another employee to wait for me at the checkout. Very poor customer service will not be coming back"
