"This place is absolutely amazing, the owners are a husband and wife team who are always incredibly helpful and sweet! I have come here about a thousand times to get baby items embroidered for my own kids and for all of my friends and relatives' babies over the years. Their work is always spectacular and a very fast turn around. I can't recommend them enough!!"

"Mr. Wayne and staff are WONDERFUL! I’ve never been disappointed by their work or customer service. I called yesterday because I needed to pick up some items but had my baby girl with me and didn’t want to get her out of the car for a quick walk in and walk out. Mr. Wayne was kind enough to bring the items to my car, no questions asked. Serendipity goes above and beyond! I cannot say enough kind words about them!!"
"Nice store. I ordered a hanging car charm and bracelet. Both items were ready that week. There is a nice purse selection and a lot of baby items if that's your thing. I also noticed that people brought items in to be monogrammed. I live about 2 hours away from here and stumbled upon this treasure while exploring. I'd definitely make another trip out here to see the owner and bring a few items to be personalized. I'm very satisfied."
