"i really appreciate these guys! i came in on the day before christmas eve (not to mention a bit late in time) and she was very kind & considerate, even then. the price was just fine as well. in the end, the date i had wanted on my product ended up getting jumbled, and she is fixing it free of charge with a refund! i'm beyond grateful, and insisted several times she didn't have to extend that kindness to me. she also insisted if the product was damaged in the process of trying to fix it that she'd get me another one & embroider that as well. images coming soon..."
