"The first time I used this company the owner came to my home, and I wasn't very impressed with her. She acted like she she was doing us a favor and did not try to build good rapport with me or my husband. Unfortunately, I had an amazing pet sitter before, a very nice, professional and dedicated lady who I trusted and we had built a business relationship based on mutual respect, good communication and professionalism on both sides. I had to lower my expectations with Robin. I tried them again in December of 2023. I had no other choice so I decided to give them a second chance. This time Robin treated me like I was one of her staff member and sent me mean text messages giving me instructions on what I should and should not do in my own house . She did not like that I tried to speak to her staff who came to the house. I tried to help her as I knew I had change a lot of things and I was worried the instructions were too much. Instead of thanking me for my attempts to help her pet sitter, she replied with a NASTY text to order me not to micromanage her team. I was in shock. In my 25 years of professional experience I have never been treated liked that. I also have customers myself and have certainly never treated them like that. I had even left a $25 gift card and a bottle of wine for her, thinking she would be doing the visits. She did not even bother to apologize, and they took the gifts anyways! I was offended by Robin's rude and poor customer service. I can only conclude that she has no idea how to care for her customers. I emailed her my comments after her mean rude text messages and she NEVER bother to reply to me. This attitude just confirms my views that she does not care about treating her customers with respect. You build trust and loyalty one customer at the time. I can certainly say that Robin has no idea or she did not even try to earn ours. I will never used this company again and I would not recommend it to anyone either.."

"I’m not sure how much I could express how special Robin and her team are to us. My husband and I travel quite frequently, and have also had some family emergencies lately, and Robin and her team are ALWAYS there for us. They are sooooo good with our babies, and are reliable and professional as well. We have such peace of mind when we travel that our babies are taken care of by “Aunt” Robin and the OGPS family!"

"Wow. All I can say is wow! We used to dread going out of town because we weren’t sure our babies would be cared for properly. We could not enjoy vacations! That fear and dread has been completely erased. Robin and her team provided the MOST professional, loving, and comprehensive care for our (many) animals: dogs, chickens, and even a pot bellied pig! Robin was incredibly thorough. She visited our home before the trip to learn what each individual pet needed and wanted in order to be happy while their moms were out of town. The visit journal they provide after each visit (complete with pictures of all animals!!) gave us total peace of mind. She checked in with us when she had any questions or concerns, and I always knew I could reach out to Robin and she would respond promptly. We will definitely be using them for all of our trips and I feel confident that when we go on a cruise in a few months and will be out of the country our babies will be in good hands. 10/10 would recommend!"
