"This Walgreens pharmacy is the most unprofessional location I have ever experienced. North Expressway in Griffin, GA. They don’t acknowledge you until they are good and ready. You could sit there with them right in front of you and it could be minutes before they make a connection with you. Time and time again they have failed to improve. Shame on me for thinking it would get better. Nope, it never will. Moving on to CVS. So sad."
"Very disrespectful service at the pharmacy counter at the North Expressway location. A employee (he) called me to the pickup window and rattled a pill bottle in front of me to let me know he was out of that medication and then asked me if I wanted him to put in a order. Very hard to believe but this is a 100% true story. Very unprofessional and not to mention very confusing. Who is the professional here?"

"I have had a few bad experiences at this pharmacy but this morning me and my wife went through the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised by Shaunta she was very fast and efficient and had a great attitude. Her customer service skills were great. If some of the other employees had her attitude I would not dread going to that Walgreens!"
