"Horrible experience!!! The so called manager is on the phone constantly and she is loud too. I went for a return, the cashier didn't know what she was doing, but i didn't say anything because i didn't want her to get flusterred. after 15 mins she finally print me a receipt. I simply asked, "hey, I see it says payment successful, but i want to make sure it will get returned to my card." She doesn't speak english so she called the manager who's response was "this is not a classroom, I don't have to explain anything to you." I said I am a customer, if I have a question you should be able to answer. She said "I don't care who you are or what you do, call the number on the receipt and ask them." She was so defensive and rude, that I don't ever want to step foot in there again!"
