"visited about 3 weeks ago and just thought to leave a review. the selection is AMAZING! it caught my attention with all the squish— i’ve never seen such a variety of squishmallows at any one store! also found quite a few bumbumz, so it was just perfect! shared a little small talk with the two people working there, and they were so kind! 10/10 will be back. i only wish i lived closer, because stopping by this store was an absolute fluke while i was about an hour or so from home! wish i had taken pictures as well because the pictures of the store i can easily find online seem to not be updated and don’t do justice to what this store has to offer!! so many sizes of squish, including clips, and i even saw a select series rivka!"

"I was in this store yesterday and the business model for this store is terrible. They are charging 2 to 3 times the value of their Funko pops. Even common Pops are overpriced by $10-20. The reason was that they buy the pop at that high price and resell them for what they paid for it. I can see $10 over rare special editions but $30 -40 over is a joke. I saw a pop in my collection that was listed at $85 over the market value for that item in mint condition. No collector would buy a pop that overpriced. Customer service there is not the best as well."

"An older Karen looking lady just accused me of stealing a little $5 pop Funko keychain. Have spent hundreds at this store and was about to buy more Funko pops on clearance. I absolutely cannot stand the profiling that just occurred."

"I don’t usually like to give bad reviews for collectible stores I’m actually a huge fan of collecting things I collect a lot of pop head I collect a lot of figurines and I’m a big lover of anime an organization. But this store although very organized there is something you need to watch out for, I went in there and bought a $50 pop head of Dragon Ball Z. Second thinking my purchase I decided to look up the value of my item online and come to find out my pop head was worth $30. I was very mad and try to return it but they refused to take it back. I will admit I do not see this figurine a lot publicly. But I still feel somewhat gypped. I will also say if and search to find a certain item or figure rain today they may have it in stock but it will be priced more."

"This store used be in the concourse and now moved to its own store. Our kid love the toys from here especially the puzzle board with train or car which navigates on its own. Good service and good setup to explore of our own."
