"The girls were great. Took the grandkids for a birthday ride and we all had a very good time. The horses are gentle and very well cared for. The trail ride was nice, varying from up hill, down hill, around trees and across small ditches and streams. We would definitely return. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place to ride!"

"At first I was very excited about going there to ride and the trainer seemed really nice. I’ve been riding horses since I was 3 years old. I’m 34 now and back in 4H I won Grand Champion 8 years straight with my horse and went to a lot of big shows and won lots of awards and money over the years. I still train here and there too. That being said I knew being new there they wouldn’t just let me jump on and go ride on my own because they had to get to know me first and see how I rode. I went there for like 6 months and still only thing I was aloud to do was go trail riding or take a class in the ring. I just wanted to ride around in the ring but I didn’t need to do classes because I’ve been riding my whole life. I was told I needed to do a test? But no one introduced that to me so I just stopped going after my contract lol was up. Pretty sad that I’ve been riding my whole life and I’m very good at riding but could never jump on and just ride around the ring sometimes on my own. People that boarded their horses there I felt like they were too strict on what they could do with their horses. Only good thing I can say really is it’s good for beginners. But I’m not a beginner haha. And I was treated that way the whole time. Very sad because I was excited to find a place to just jump on and ride in the ring here and there and I can’t even do that after the 6 months I was there. Craziness. Tucker was my favorite to ride. Would’ve been more to be able to jump on him and just ride around the ring sometimes. One of these days I’ll find a good simple place for that."

"Great place! Very unique membership program and the property is BEAUTIFUL. I recommend going in spring and fall. Very affordable as far as public trail rides go. A note to the other reviewer who gave it 1 star- if you show up on time, you can ride. If you show up late, chances are the ride has already left or is in the process of leaving. If they had held the ride up waiting for you, that would have cut into the time that the other people on the ride had paid for. Not exactly fair to them to miss out on time just because you couldn't budget your time wisely, is it? These horses are on a schedule and most of the time alternate between giving lessons one hour and a trail ride the next. they get a break in between to rest. Had you been allowed to ride, the ride would likely have gotten back late and cut into the horses' break. I suggest booking another ride time and showing up when you are supposed to. You will have a great time!"
