"Supposedly we are on a plan that is automatically supposed to send us CPAP supplies. They never have sent 1 supply, when asked after nor supplies for over 10 months, just a mumble of we are not sure and will send them as soon as we can. Well, he we are a year later and we are up for another 3 weeks of phone tag, leaving messages on the phone and frustratingly horrible customer service and failing merchandise delivery. It is unfortunate that they are one of the only companies in this area...perhaps that is why they are still in business."

"This is the only company who has a contract with a patients insurance. I just tried to order DME for my patient who is leaving and was told since it’s not a hospital bed or oxygen, they won’t deliver it and we are to drive 1.5+ hours so this patient can discharge safely. Do yourself a favor and pick a company who cares."

"Horrible customer service for their customers. I had purchased a cpac machine and had an appointment for someone to help me with the setup. She never called. Then two days later a girl from the office called wanting to setup a time for someone to call me. I told her I had an appointment but no one had called. She said my appointment had been with Carla and she does her own schedule so she’d have to get hold of Carla. Carla called back a couple of hours later and acted very irritated to be calling me. She said she was totally booked but she might be able to squeeze in 30 minutes at the end of the day. I told her the end of the day wouldn’t work for me. Carla said well I’m off the next two days (which was really 4 days because she doesn’t work weekends). I said how about Monday at 9. She said fine I’ll call you Monday at 9 (still no apology for not calling before). Monday came and still no phone call. I called their office at 930 and talked to 3 different people, each time explaining the situation, (still no apology from any of them). I finally was able to send the machine back, after I receive my ups shipping return label, which they said could take 7 days to get here. They are in Marietta and I’m in Vienna (a 20 minute drive). Somehow I’m holding my breath that I get the label and they reimburse me for the machine.). I’ve dealt with the public my entire life and the first thing a employee with good customer service skills would have done, would have been to apologize. Not at this company!!! I am giving them 0 stars but I have to give them 1 star in order to post and would not ever recommend them!!!"

"I have been a C-Pap user for 32 years. This is the worst company for C-Pap equipment I have ever witnessed and would highly recommended anyone not to use this company. When I needed all new equipment they have yet to send the right sizes. And when I call the promise to send me the right size petite and not small. Never to be sent out. So I have air leakage every night to the point that my equipment is not help when I stop breathing. Since I do wear what they have sent in place of my size I have asked my son to sue this company when I have died in my sleep. They do not take sending proper equipment to there customers they are causing their deaths. They continue to bill me due to my insurance company they say refuse to pay. When my insurance company call them as I did tried to explain they never billed. Due to them debt my checking account my insurance company has sent a letter to me stating I am 100% cover pay nothing. This company has no idea what proper medical equipment means. Beware if they send you wrong equipment your stuck with it. A again and again....."
