"If I had to make another decision about where I had my wedding it would not be here. Reason being would be I felt like i received 0 service on my wedding day. There was one person on the site after 9 however she was there to give another client a tour! She even let them come back to the bridal suite to take a look. My husband and his best friend put out all the chairs for the ceremony the day before the wedding. My mother and aunts cleaned every chair and every centerpiece when we booked the venue we were advised we would receive table cloths, chargers and 3 glass cylinder vases. Which we did receive but the vases chargers and chairs were dirty. My mother, aunts and myself cleaned each and every one of them. I would’ve had my ceremony in the back but there were ants under all the benches and I felt like my guests would have been bit up. I notified them of this several times before the wedding date. I also felt rushed during cocktail hour while portraits were being taken. Basically made me even more stressed. We did not get a chance to finish and I did not get many photos. I do not advise booking the dj with the venue unless you just want to hear a soundtrack. There was literally no help with organizing my wedding day from the staff. I felt like our money was taken and that’s literally it. My family helped with getting things as perfect as possible and if it wasn’t for them none of these things would have been taken car of."

"Our family wedding was so beautiful! The location is quiet, peaceful, and private. There are lots of beautiful spots to take lovely photos. The Bed & Breakfast was cozy. Oh, and I have to say, the staff and management are very nice and super flexible, they worked with us to ensure the wedding ceremony was a success. Thank you!"

"An amazingly low rate for an absolutely charming B&B. The hosts were kind, communicative, and accommodating to our schedule, the directions to the location were clear, and check in could not have been easier. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the grounds beautifully kept, and overall, a very romantic feel. The bed was very comfortable, the room super clean, and the whole venue quiet and delightful. It is an older mansion, so some may see it as dated in decor, but we found it to be quaint and lovely. It's rare for us to get a childfree getaway together, but Georgia Palms & Garden made it all the more magical. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future!"

"My husband and I were married at Georgia Palms and Gardens this past September and it was amazing! When we started our journey with GP&G, we had no idea 2020 was going to be so crazy but the owner (Ida), helped us navigate everything and got us to our beautiful day! We looked at a ton of other places before we found GP&G and they by far had the best value for what you’re paying. They work with you and they’re fair. Ida, a pro wedding planner, was there to help us plan and provide expert advice the entire step of the process. We were able to setup meetings and reach out as often as we needed and she was very responsive which was wildly helpful in a year like 2020. The venue is super spacious and nice. Lots of outdoor space (indoor space too) which was very helpful for a wedding during a pandemic. My Guests were able to spread out and feel comfortable. My favorite thing about this venue aside from the friendly staff, the affordable prices and overall space was that there seemed to be no limitations to my ideas / the things I wanted. Ida did her very, very best to accommodate every single request, design idea, etc throughout everything and I loved that. This venue gives you so much room to customize, personalize and make the space feel like your style/vision/dream. I’m very grateful we found this venue in what turned out to be the most interesting year. It was beautiful!"

"The venue is an outdoor ceremony with indoor reception. Great fit for people who want a garden wedding in the summer but a/c for the reception. We originally planned our wedding for June but during the pandemic everything fell apart. Ida was kind of enough to allow us to reschedule everything. When we ultimately decided to have the wedding with a lower attendance than we had originally planned for and on such a short notice of reschedule, Ida and the staff were more than accommodating and helpful throughout the entire event. When they say your wedding is chaos they weren't kidding! Without the professional staff we would have been lost. Georgia Palms and Gardens have an in-house DJ, who we hired. He is very professional, and knew how to read a small crowd and even more so, played all of the songs we requested. The venue also includes a bed and breakfast option. I highly recommend it if you want a nice peaceful place to stay within the city. They really took care of everything and helped us navigate through our wedding. I would like to thank Ida and the staff for making our wedding happen! We highly recommend Georgia Palms and Gardens as a wedding or other event venue 100%."
