"I dont know what's going on with this Kroger but the service and supplies have severely dropped. The store is always empty. My last few visits I've been getting meat that is spoiled. When I open the pack it smells like death. I got molded cheese, milk that smells like it been sitting out in the heat then put in the coolers. Boxes of food cut by the box cutters they use. Even ice cream without the protective covers. They use to be a great store but they are failing miserably."

"They had five cars waiting for store pickup. The manager came out and told us they would be out shortly. 45 minutes later, Eric finally decided to tell people that they wouldn’t receive their order today. I went inside to cancel my order, he stated that it was, but yet 30 minutes later I had to return to the store again to get it canceled. This is the worst store for curbside pickup. They also never answered the phone, the entire hour plus I attempted contact."
