"I made a online order around nine of a dozen donuts. Got there around nine thirty and they told me that they didn't have donuts and they ran out about nine. If they're not gonna make the donuts after a certain time they should disable it on their website when the time hits. I was told I could pick it up in the morning or request a refund on the app but I need my phone number for the account and I don't have the money right now to pay it. This is my first time ordering here and I've already been disappointed."

"This store needs more help!!! I was really excited to see a Dunkin go in at that location. The staff are very kind but something is wrong. This is the third or fourth time I’ve stop there while traveling. Each time takes forever just to get coffee. Just coffee. And every time it has tasted horrible, watered down coffee. Today I was in a hurry. Ordered my coffee. Use the restroom. And still waited for 10 more minutes. Ran out the door and when I tried the coffee it tasted like water w cream. I hope upper management sees this and fixes it. I’ve never had such horrible experience at a Dunkin’ Donuts. That’s why I keep giving it another chance. It’s so disappointing!"

"Sat at the speaker for three minutes to silence. Finally I said “hello?” They said “we’ll be right with you”. Another 2 minutes go by. Finally take my order. Still sting in line waiting to pay so figured I’d take this opportunity to let everyone out there know to budget plenty of time if you want a green tea."
