Buffalo Wild Wings

"When you order wings you expect a piece of chicken drenched in the sauce of your choosing. But its the Super Bowl very busy times for BWW but still I expected a decently sauced wing, maybe a few dry ones but not all of them to be very lightly coated with the essence of sauce. I wasn't expecting much but they tried, I'll try not to order wings during the super bowl again"

"Went on a Sunday, not very busy but our server/bartender who had 5 guests seated took forever to take orders, replenish drinks. And once finished with our meal, took 20 minutes to check in and bring our check. Had to finally ask another server walking by for the check and to go box. Honestly worth driv8ng to Zanesville just to get better service."

"The food was good. They were very busy, which is good! We ran into some friends and sat with them for a little bit after our meal and the staff didn't mind."

"The upfront service was not that great..... tried to order online, said "orders $25 or more get free delivery " after putting my order together, that took some time, upon check out, said "we are experiencing technical difficulties, please check back later". So, we called and placed our order ($45). When I arrived to pick up my order ( 5-10 minutes after it should be ready), NO BODY was there to take my payment. As I waited, another individual walked in for takeout, I asked if I should make a scene? After all, they had a grand total of five people in the restaurant. He laughed, and said "maybe "?. After waited for some time, I asked, "shall I go find someone?!" So I did. The individual I found said that she was not sure where the cashier was,..... I made the joke that I can see my food ready and getting cold, maybe I should just grab it and go. Long story a little longer, when we get back to our room, the order was missing some items that should be standard ( dressing for the salad) all that to be said, I called the manager and explained the frustration that I had with the overall experience and she is trying to make it right."

"Update***** David Moore was our server tonight and provided us with EXCEPTIONAL service! This place was previously HORRIBLE with the service & waiting to be greeted at the front door in months past. We decided to give it a fourth try and were pleasantly surprised. Food was very face, refills were filled quickly and conversation between server and us were pleasant. We appreciate good service and love BWW! Keep the horrible, unhappy servers away and keep the good ones PLEASE!!! We will continue to frequent here if this service is the foundation of this place! Thanks again David! Street tacos are the BOMB as an appetizer!"
