"Staff was very friendly and helpful. But the room wasn’t overly clean, you could tell the shower hadn’t been cleaned at all. The one night the smoke alarms went off at midnight, when I went to find out what was happening I stepped into the hall at the whole place reeked of weed. Was told it was a false alarm that someone was smoking in their room. Found an exoskeleton of a bedbug on our nightstand, told the lady at checkout and she was super nice, apologized and said they’d had pest control in Friday and sprayed. Not sure we will stay again."
"Excellent job on my check in, Kayla did great. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious."
"First of all, I did not get the room I reserved and paid for. I was disappointed with that enough. Then I eventually realized the light in the bathroom was leaking water. Whoever installed the shower curtain was having a bad day because it is installed at least a foot too low. I felt breakfast was good. One cannot expect breakfast to be great at chain hotels. This was my first time staying at a MainStay Suites and I am not sure if I will ever stay in one again. 18 September 2023."
"I used to love this hotel. I've stayed a dozen times over the past 5 years. Since Covid there isn't an aspect that hasn't gone down. Breakfast no milk or bread. Get your own towels ( and return the dirty ones to the front desk) take your trash down to first floor. No extra supplies in room despite no daily room cleaning. I just have to give up and find a new go to for this area."
"The room is spacious with a micro kitchen including electric stovetop, microwave, fridge, and small dishwasher. The room smells a bit behind the bed like moisture. The amount of shampoo and toilet paper in the room isn't even enough for 3 days. I took a roll of tp off the cleaning cart because they only do cleaning once weekly. I was told my trash could be dropped in the electric room myself to be disposed of. But overall for the rate it's good."
