"I do a lot of traveling and spend a lot of time at hospitality properties all over the country. When I arrived at the hotel, the very first thing I noticed was how clean the outside of the property was. Upon entering the property, I was greeted at the front desk by a very kind and polite young lady, who quickly got me checked and off to my room. As I proceeded I was amazed as to the entire cleanliness of the property and my room was absolutely spotless. Kathy and Stephanie are wonderful, accommodating and very pleasant to talk. I would without a doubt recommend staying at this property for anyone who is traveling to Newnan. Short stay or extended stay it will be well worth it. The rates are great and in comparison to other surrounding hotel chains. This is definitely a diamond in the rough."

You really can't ask for better from the staff all the way to rooms. Mrs Jessica, Mrs Sheena, Mrs Katy & Mrs N'Dia are outstanding ladies, you guys want be disappointed they will take care of you. I know some of you don't won't to say but if you are experiencing homelesscome check them out. Imma a hard working man with good job but lost my home, woodsprings helped me and my wife keep roof over our heads. Thank you thank you woodspring and team for all that you do for Newnan. "My extended stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The positive aspects included a peaceful environment, pleasant residents, convenient 24/7 laundry and gym facilities, and exceptional cleaning and night staff, 5 stars for them. However, the daytime front desk staff's intrusive and overly suspicious behavior made me uncomfortable. This unwarranted surveillance left me feeling violated and unwelcome, to the point where I started waiting until evenings or late nights to seek assistance or ask questions. While I understand the need for security, their behavior was excessive and not applied uniformly to all guests. It would be helpful for the hotel to consider hiring dedicated security personnel or addressing security concerns less intrusively and inclusively. All guests should be treated with respect and fairness. Additionally, better communication of hotel policies and operations is needed to avoid misunderstandings. I would only consider returning to this hotel if absolutely necessary and only check in and out with the evening and late-night staff members, who did not exhibit the same suspicious conduct. Again the evening and overnight staff were phenomenal! Very personable, helpful and had excellent customer service."

"I recently stayed twice during most of February and March 2023 while working in the area. I travel for work and have seen really great hotels and some not so great. WoodSpring Suites in Newnan was a pleasant experience and stay. Super friendly staff that helped me every time I had a need or concern. The front handicap automatic doors are sometimes a pain to walk thru but are a great feature for those that need an automatic door. No carpet in the rooms help keep odors from lingering after cooking. Woulda been nice to have the cookware provided but I travel with my cast iron skillet and cooking supplies so it wasn’t a problem. Like all extended time housing, getting rooms cleaned between scheduled service is by request and not by them reading guests’ minds’. It is what you make it, and I had a wonderful stay. Laundry room has 6 washers and 8 dryers that use coins, have the card readers and also the qr scan code to pay with an app for laundry. Average sized workout room that worked well and was conveniently at the center of the building by the elevator and both front and rear entrances. Full sized refrigerator and great sized rooms on both my stays really gave me what I needed. Even after seeing my face coming to the front desk to pick up packages every few days, not once did any of the staff ever disrespect me or was rude. I had an exceptional experience and would absolutely choose to stay here again next time I’m in the Atlanta area."
