"First off, there was crime scene tape closing off entire entrance. Had to walk around and find an open door. The young lady that checked us in was very nice but NEVER stopped talking to a person on her cell phone the entire sign in. Then the pool was closed. Not a happy camper, but a very nice exercise room. Went to breakfast at 8 decayed it ended at 9. Very little food left and I mean very little. We stayed at a Hampton inn in Kentucky and it was a very nice and left a great review. We stay at pet friendly hotels for support and we don’t work travel with our pup."

"My family stayed here, passing through town on a road trip. My dad’s car was vandalized in the parking lot along with 9 others. The car was parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE! Valuables were stolen and 2 windows were broken. After numerous attempts to contact the manager, she has still not contacted us 2 months later. Please note there are no cameras in the parking lot and the hotel does not claim liability. Customer service was notified, who again directed us to the hotel manager. The case was recorded but no action has been taken. We called numerous times trying to reach the manager to no avail. Each time we called, the receptionist let us know the manager was not there did not know when she would be there. Very disappointing. Do not recommend unless you want your car vandalized as well. The rooms were below average for the price we paid and Hampton Inn standards. Will file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau."

"A friend of mine reserved a certain amount of rooms at this hotel for her wedding weekend, she even sent me the link to reserve a room from her wedding website and had me put that it was for their wedding. I reserved and paid for a room nearly 3 months before the wedding. On the day of the wedding I was almost to the hotel to check in when I got a call at 5 PM. When I answered the woman on the phone let me know that there were no rooms available for me and that I could have a full refund but that the room I booked three months in advance was no longer available because they over booked. The wedding was at 6 PM, I got a call at 5 PM. The girl on the phone was very nice and I understand that it wasn’t her fault as she said she had just got to work, but I will never understand the logic of booking a room in advance just for it to not be available the day of? My boyfriend was going to shower and get dressed in the hotel and I was going to get dressed and do my makeup but instead we were having to rush to find another place to get ready 1 hour before the wedding."

"Clean rooms, great service, and great location. Honestly, I was fearful of a terrible experience based on some of the reviews but we didn’t experience anything bad. The rooms were clean, no pet hair in our rooms, and no sign of any bugs anywhere. The hotel also looks like it has been renovated within the past year. We would stay here again."

"Had the pleasure of staying with my spouse and 2 dogs. Property exterior is well maintained and the dog area complete with tennis balls was a major plus. The location right off 75 is very convenient with a Western Sizzler right out front. The desk staff are hard working and pleasant. Really eager to make you feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, eggs, pancakes, juice, fruit and coffee. Plenty for us. The only complaint was the 2nd floor hallway. I smelled a urine smell. My husband felt it was a cleaning chemical smell. Checking in at around 4, the smell was overpowering. The next morning at check out it was faint. The rug was pretty and not threadbare. But that smell would sour people's opinion and first impressions carry thru a lot of peoples stays and effects their perceptions. Would definitely stay again."
