"EDIT After my initial visit to PetSuites in Braselton, I felt compelled to share my concerns regarding the cat accommodations, which seemed more restrictive than advertised. However, I've since noticed a genuine commitment to pet care that has positively influenced my perspective. I recently decided to give PetSuites another chance, returning with my dog for daycare and even scheduling a grooming session. This experience was a stark contrast to my first. Not only was the daycare service satisfactory, but the grooming exceeded my expectations. Unlike a previous visit where I was underwhelmed by the grooming outcome, this time around, my dog looked fantastic, clearly well-groomed and cared for. While I maintain my reservations about the caging situation for cats, my latest experiences have shown me that PetSuites does deliver quality care and services for dogs. Their attention to detail during the grooming session and the joy my dog exhibited after his daycare experience have reassured me of their capabilities and care standards. In light of this, I'm adjusting my stance on PetSuites in Braselton. It's evident that the team is dedicated to providing a positive experience for pets and their owners alike. I appreciate their efforts and am pleased with the improvements I've seen, leading me to reconsider my initial impressions."

"I used their boarding service for my cat, Simba, for a week. To be honest, I was nervous as he can be timid to strangers but he was more than fine with this place. They called me before the drop to check on his condition and allergies and during the stay for any abnormal activity. I will definitely come back again to leave my cat under their care."

"The staff is awesome! My Romeo was so happy to see me. It was as if he was happy to tell me all about the love he received. Annalise checked him in and made me feel comfortable as a 1st time drop off. He smelled good and had a great temperament when we arrived home. Salon is nice and clean no ordor. Love the Pawgress report idea. Thank you for taking care of my baby and keep up the great service."

"We have been very pleased with our experience. Our Giant Schnauzer has visited several times, and each time he returns happy and tired! They use to have cameras that you could access any time to see that your pet was being well treated, unfortunately, those cameras have not been working for over a month."

"I am always hesitant to board my dogs. I have a 12 year old American Bulldog with seizures and arthritis. Every time I have boarded him in the past something has gone wrong and it ALWAYS involves him. He is a old, fat, happy, laid back guy but for some reason he always gets mistreated. So to say I was nervous to board him at a new place is a understatement from my previous experiences. But from seeing the reviews I thought I would give this place a try. When I called to schedule the boarding I was told they did not charge for medication administration unless it was injections which it was not. When my mom went to drop them off she was told it was A $3 a day charge for medication administration so I knew we were already off to a rough start. Two days after dropping them off I got woken up early in the morning to a phone call from a staff member informing me they had given my dog a double dose of his medications......he takes many meds for seizures, pain, and his arthritis so that meant he had gotten a lot. I was told they would be taking him to the vet they use for evaluation. I appreciated the call and taking him for evaluation but it should not have happened to begin with. There should be a protocol for administering medication, but apparently not. The vet tech called 2 hours later saying he would be "worked in" when the doctor could see him which didn't help put my mind at ease. 2 more hours pass and the vet called me to reassure me he would be go they made him vomit and basically he would be "drunk" for a while and he would be discharged later that evening. I then proceeded to call my brother who lives over a hour away to come pick my dog up and take him home. When my brother picked him up he was given my dogs medication but not his food nor his bed. He also had feces all over him. So I had to proceed to go back up there after I got back in town to get his two very large tubs of prescription food and his bed. Once I got back home I realized they also never gave me back his full large bag of pill pockets so I had to make my third trip back up there. All the employees are around 18 years old and don't seem to take their jobs seriously or know whats going on around them. I dropped my dogs off putting trust into them that he would be taken care of and i was again heart broken by yet another facility and the treatment my dog got. For those of us without children our dogs are all we have and hearing mine had been over dosed on day two of his stay is disheartening. I am glad they handled the situation after it happened by calling me and taking him to the vet but it should have never happened to begin. I guess I am still on the hunt to find somewhere I can trust leaving my dog. And please PetSuites don't comment saying "I am sorry to hear about your poor experience please call this number to speak to a manager to we can better assist you" whats done is done. No talk with a manager will change what happened. So just read my review and do better."
