"This pharmacy is understaffed. Some of the staff here must be new because I was given incorrect information. The wait time is insane. I called a few days before coming and was on hold for 20 minutes without ever being helped. Now at the store I waited in line to get a refund for a prescription and was told to go to a different window and wait. I waited in that line and was told to go back to the window I started at. There is no since of urgency or understanding."

If you have a different pharmacy or another location you can go to , it'll be better than this place. If their merit is base of their performance or a survey, the pharmacy tech deserves the lowest rating possible."
