Ruff House Dog Resort

"I recently took my dog, Bean to Ruff House for day care. It was her first time, and I was quite honestly concerned initially because she was a shelter dog, and I don't think she had any experience playing with other dogs. Certainly not since I have had her. While she is very friendly and adores people, I wasn't/am not sure about dogs at this time. She's also quite leash reative and lacking in some manners. I was so nervous leaving her in a strange place, but the staff, especially Grace, are very friendly and answered all questions I had and provided information I needed when requested. I'm terrible with names, but the ladies up front, and those I spoke with on the phone are also professional and friendly. They were friendly towards Bean as well. I called to check up on her, and they assured me that she was a initially scared, but was doing well and eventually playing and having a good time. Bean seemed happy when I picked her up the first time, and apparently was wiped out. I recently took her for a night of boarding and a day of play the following day, and again she seemed happy. I left with some peace of mind. I will be returning hoping to get Bean more acclimated and socialized more before an upcoming trip where she will be spending a week. Not only just for the trip, but for her well being, and for her to hopefully make new friends and be a happy healthy pup."

He seems happier knowing what to do when I ask. The staff was amazing and he was well taken care of. They sent daily pictures of him having a great time.
