"This review is long overdue. I take my corgi's here to pick out treats, and pick up orders over the last several weeks. The customer service has been fantastic and I can usually get in and out quickly. I cant comment on their grooming services at this location, but I'm always grateful when I see my pups comfortably running into a store. I also appreciate the discounts they have for their petco members. They always have a wide variety of brands and products for all pets :)"

"Today I attended an appointment scheduled at 10 am for a grooming service for my dog ​​and when I arrived I was assisted by a lady who did not give me her name. She asked me for my dog's vaccinations, and I gave her the record of them. issued by Furkids (Animal Rescue & Shelters) where the date of vaccination is shown and they placed the labels of each vaccine as evidence of its placement and the expiration date of each vaccine is shown, the Mrs. told me that this was not useful and therefore I do not agree to take care of my pet, it seems that this is a sample description of the shelters because I do not understand what other reason they would have to do this, I wasted my time and I was not able to take care of my pet, the service is terrible. This store, I talked to the store manager and he told me that there was nothing he could do since her hairdressing was separate, I hope I never have to return to this store."

"Three things, first they do not have any sort of sweatshirts or sweaters for any big dog, they had one, but it was expensive and ugly. I’m willing to overlook this because it is only now starting to get cold here. Second, there were about three dogs (that I could hear) that were barking and howling in the grooming station and not friendly or playful either. I don’t know what was going on back there, but I know that my groomer does not have this problem, so I wonder how exactly those dogs were being treated in the absence of their owners. Finally, everything is expensive and way cheaper on Amazon (probably elsewhere too) a big bag of Purina one dog food was $70 where as I get it for $51 on Amazon, this is just an example, all of their items are way more expensive than they would be elsewhere. All in all if you care about your dog or your bank account steer clear of this Pet Co."

"My pet came back with extremely sharp nails post grooming. A lot of hair was left on her ears & face, which could have been trimmed. Her body almost bare, but given she had some matting, I will give some benefit of doubt here. It was an okay 1st experience."

"I had an 1st appt at this location today at 10am. The groomer calls at 1:15 saying she ready to be picked up but she only cut her sanitary areas. She proceeded to say my dog was stressed and I needed to pick her up . I go immediately and they only take off 10 bucks . They wouldn’t allow me to see my dog until I paid. Once my dog came from the back she looked a HOT MESS. I was furious and my dog was shaking as if she abused at this location. She proceeds to say I didn’t want her biting me if I proceeded to groom her. She then says she was matted which is complete LIE. They would’ve never accepted her if she was matted because the other groomer checked her prior to check in and I brush my dog. I will never return to this location long as I live . Look at the photo of my dog soon as we got in car . She’s been shaking uncontrollably since we been home"
