"While we have a place near Madison, we don't live here permanently, however while visiting our place over the holidays my golden girl began acting very strange and unsteady. We quickly drove to Madison Veterinary, and the tech got her checked in within a short wait, Dr. Baxley assessed her and immediately let us know what was going on and the treatment plan..the office was busy with scheduled appointments, so I'm very grateful they took us in anyways. As luck would have it, my golden boy got an ear infection so we went back the next day, Dr. Lewis took care of this time with the same caring level of service. These two vets and their entire staff were awesome. Dr. Baxley also did a follow-up call to ensure everything was ok . Thank you for caring for my pups❤️"
