"so sad! smelled musty as soon as i walked in… they have a stingray/skate in a SMALL tank with eels! the stingray is larger than the tank’s width. all the enclosures were inadequate and filthy. i understand this is a local pet store… but no animal deserves to be treated like this. animals looked unhealthy and not happy. i want to save them all!"

"Disappointed. Very dirty. Merchandise unorganized. Pet beds thrown around unkept. Dog Feces on the floor. The poor bird that lives there is kept in filth. The cage looks like it has not been cleaned in months. There are Bugs crawling and flying in and around the cage floor not to mention the stench is awful. The poor snake's aquarium is extremely dirty. If the health department saw the horrible living conditions of all these pets, they would shut them down. The place is gross. I feel sorry for the animals. I will never go back."
